Työterveysvalmennusta is a form of occupational health coaching that focuses on supporting employees in maintaining and improving their health and well-being in the workplace. The concept arises from Finland’s strong tradition of occupational health and safety regulation, where employers are responsible for ensuring a healthy work environment under acts such as the Occupational Health and Safety Act and the Work-Life Balance Act.
