TwoSatellite refers to a satellite constellation configuration where two satellites are positioned in orbit to provide continuous coverage of a specific region or area on Earth. This setup is often employed for applications requiring persistent observation, communication, or data relay, such as Earth observation, disaster monitoring, or low-latency communication networks.

The primary advantage of a two-satellite system is its ability to maintain near-continuous coverage of a target area, reducing the need for ground stations or relay satellites. By positioning the satellites in complementary orbits—such as inclined or polar orbits—operators can minimize blind spots where coverage gaps might occur. This configuration is particularly useful for regions near the poles or for applications requiring frequent revisits to the same location.

Two-satellite constellations are simpler and more cost-effective than larger constellations, such as those used for global broadband services, while still offering significant operational benefits. They are commonly used in scientific research, military surveillance, and specialized commercial applications where continuous monitoring is critical.

The orbital mechanics of a two-satellite system depend on factors such as altitude, inclination, and the desired coverage area.
