Transportohesh

Transportohesh is a theoretical framework for an integrated mobility network that coordinates multiple transport modalities—ground, rail, and air—through standardized interfaces and dynamic routing.

The system envisions modular hubs called hesh nodes that allow rapid transfer of people and goods between modes, leveraging data interoperability and shared scheduling.

The term appears in design fiction and speculative transport studies from the early 2010s onward. It is not a deployed system in any major city, but rather a concept used to explore intermodal possibilities.

Key components include interoperable data standards, digital twin models of networks, real-time routing algorithms, and modular infrastructure that can be scaled or reconfigured as demand changes.
