Thingsand
Thingsand is a coined term used in speculative or theoretical discussions to describe a framework that links physical objects (things) with data, descriptions, and connective language (and). It is not a formal standard and has no widely accepted definition.
Conceptually, thingsand envisions objects as nodes in a network annotated with rich metadata, provenance, and relationships
Potential applications span inventory and asset management, museums and cultural heritage, supply chains, manufacturing, and digital
Challenges include the absence of a formal standard, ensuring data quality, privacy, security, and the complexity
