Thalassaand is an archipelagic sovereign state consisting of more than 320 islands scattered across the eastern Thalassic Ocean. The country features a fragmented coastline, extensive mangrove forests, and numerous lagoons, with a tropical to subtropical climate. The capital and largest city is Nereida. The official language is Thalassan; English is widely used in business and government, and several minority languages are spoken regionally. The population is about 9 million.
