Teedell

Teedell is a fictional town and municipality in the highland district of Eldmere. It lies along the Teedell River, surrounded by farmland and forested hills. The area experiences a temperate climate with cool winters and mild summers, and rainfall is fairly evenly distributed throughout the year.

Teedell was founded in the late 18th century by agrarian settlers and grew through dairy farming, timber extraction, and river trade. A central crossroads near the river became a focal point for local markets and crafts.

The name Teedell is derived from the local language, commonly interpreted to mean "hidden dell" or "wooded valley." The exact origins are uncertain, but the term has long appeared in regional records and maps.

The town sits at roughly 250 meters above sea level in a shallow valley. Its economy centers on agriculture—particularly dairy and barley—along with small-scale wood products manufacturing and a modest dose of rural tourism that highlights walking trails and scenic viewpoints.
