Tartoms
Tartoms are a small nocturnal mammal native to the Tartom Archipelago, a chain of temperate islands off the mainland coast. They belong to the family Tartomidae, a distinct lineage within Rodentia, and are represented by a single widely studied species, Tartom taeniatus.
