Süstimismasin

Süstimismasin, often translated as injection molding machine, is a manufacturing process used to produce a vast array of plastic products. It involves injecting molten plastic material under high pressure into a mold cavity. Once the plastic cools and solidifies, the mold opens, and the finished part is ejected.

The core components of a süstimismasin include a clamping unit, an injection unit, and a control system. The clamping unit holds the two halves of the mold together, ensuring that molten plastic does not escape during the injection process. The injection unit is responsible for melting the plastic pellets and then forcing them into the mold. This is typically achieved using a screw mechanism within a heated barrel. The control system manages all aspects of the cycle, including temperature, pressure, injection speed, and cooling time.

Süstimismasin technology is highly versatile, capable of producing parts ranging from tiny electronic components to large automotive parts. The process offers high precision and repeatability, making it ideal for mass production.
