Szolgáltatástervezés, often translated as service design, is a human-centered approach to creating and improving services. The process typically involves several key stages. By visualizing the entire service ecosystem, from the front-stage interactions visible to the customer to the back-stage processes that enable them, service design helps to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
