Strongmankonkurrencer
Strongmankonkurrencer, or strongman competitions, are athletic events in which competitors test strength, endurance, and functional power across multiple feats rather than a single lift. Participants perform a variety of events, including static lifts such as heavy deadlifts and log presses, and moving events such as atlas stones, farmer’s walks, yoke carries, frame carries, truck or car pulls, keg tosses, and tire flips. Scoring typically awards points per event, with the overall winner having the highest total.
