Spritzgießwerkzeuge, also known as injection molds, are essential components in the plastic injection molding process. The design and manufacturing of sprue bushings, cavities, cores, gates, runners, cooling channels, and ejector systems are critical aspects of sprue bushing technology. The sprue bushing serves as the entry point for the molten plastic into the mold. High-precision manufacturing techniques, such as CNC machining and EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining), are employed to achieve the tight tolerances and smooth surface finishes required for optimal performance and part quality.
