Sisäpäätteet

Sisäpäätteet refers to the Finnish term for indoor units of a split-system air conditioner or heat pump. These units are responsible for the climate control within a building's interior. They typically consist of a fan for air circulation and a heat exchanger that either cools or heats the air before distributing it into the room.

The design of sisäpäätteet can vary significantly depending on the manufacturer and model. Common types include wall-mounted units, which are the most prevalent and are installed high on a wall. Other options include cassette units, which are integrated into suspended ceilings, and floor-standing units, which are placed on the floor.
