Sillutava is a municipality located in the province of Pärnu in southwestern Estonia. It is situated on the Pärnu River, near its mouth on the Gulf of Riga. The municipality was established in 2017 through the merger of the former municipalities of Audru, Tõstamaa, and Pärnu-Jaagupi. The administrative center of Sillutava is the town of Pärnu-Jaagupi.
