Silelihaskoe, in Finnish, refers to smooth muscle tissue, a type of involuntary non-striated muscle found in the walls of hollow organs and structures such as the gastrointestinal tract, blood vessels, airways, bladder, uterus, and parts of the reproductive and urinary systems.
