Solutions often span multiple disciplines and are designed around customer outcomes rather than product features.

Benefits and challenges: Benefits include clearer value, predictable costs, improved uptime, scalability, and faster time-to-value. Challenges involve integration complexity, data privacy and security, alignment of incentives, and vendor dependence.
