Salarytoworkload
Salarytoworkload is a conceptual framework used to evaluate the perceived fairness of compensation in relation to the demands and responsibilities of a job. It suggests that an ideal employment situation exists when an individual's salary adequately reflects the effort, time, stress, and skill required to perform their duties. Conversely, a significant imbalance, where the workload is high and the salary is low, can lead to dissatisfaction, burnout, and decreased productivity. The inverse scenario, where compensation is high for minimal effort, may also be viewed as unsustainable or inequitable by some.
The concept is subjective, as individuals will have different perceptions of what constitutes a fair workload
