SCFT

SCFT stands for Superconformal Field Theory, a branch of theoretical physics that combines the principles of conformal field theory and supersymmetry. It is a powerful tool for studying the behavior of quantum field theories, particularly in the context of string theory and supergravity.

SCFTs are typically one-dimensional theories, where the fields describing the theory are functions of one spatial coordinate, often denoted as x. This means that the SCFTs describe the low-energy physics of the parent theory, which is often a gravitational theory living on a curved spacetime.
