Robesta

Robesta is a city and municipality in Valion Province, Alandria. It sits on the northeastern coast facing the Serene Sea and serves as the provincial capital. The city covers about 82 square kilometers and has a population of roughly 118,000 as of 2023, with a dense urban core and surrounding residential districts.

Geography and climate: Robesta experiences a temperate maritime climate, with mild winters and cool summers. The harbor area forms the economic backbone, protected by a natural breakwater. The River Nyla bisects the city, providing recreational spaces and flood control.

History: Robesta began as a fishing village in the 12th century. It gained market town rights in the 13th century, developed a shipyard in the 17th, and grew as a port in the 19th and 20th centuries. After industrialization, it expanded into services, logistics, and education.
