Rakenneiksi is a Finnish grammatical suffix that is applied to verbs and adjectives to produce nouns indicating the process, result, or target of a transformation into a structure. The term itself is formed from the Finnish word rakenne, meaning “structure,” combined with the infinitive suffix –iksi, which is used to denote a state or condition of being or becoming. Hence rakenneiksi literally translates to “into structure” or “as a structure.”

In use, rakenneiksi is employed to nominalize actions that produce an organized form. For example, the verb korjata (to fix) can become korjauksiksi when joined with rakenneiksi, yielding korjauksirakenneiksi, a noun that refers to the structure that results from the repair process.
