RTKtutkimus refers to research conducted using Real-Time Kinematic (RTK) technology. RTK is a technique used in satellite navigation that provides centimeter-level accuracy, significantly improving upon the meter-level precision of standard GPS. This is achieved by using a fixed base station that broadcasts its precise position, along with real-time corrections to the moving rover (the device being surveyed).
