QFN48

QFN48 is a type of surface-mount technology (SMT) package used in the electronics industry. It stands for Quad Flat No-leads, with the number 48 indicating the package has 48 pins. QFN packages are characterized by their flat, square or rectangular shape, with the leads (pins) located on all four sides of the package. This design allows for efficient use of space on printed circuit boards (PCBs) and facilitates automated assembly processes.

The QFN48 package is commonly used for integrated circuits (ICs) such as microcontrollers, memory chips, and power management ICs.
