Punnavadhana
Punnavadhana is a term found in certain Buddhist traditions, particularly within the Theravada school. It translates loosely to "foreknowledge" or "prospective understanding." In essence, punnavadhana refers to the ability to foresee or anticipate future events or the consequences of actions. This is not typically understood as a supernatural power but rather as a profound insight gained through diligent practice of Buddhist principles, such as mindfulness, concentration, and wisdom.
Practitioners who develop punnavadhana are believed to be able to discern the karmic repercussions of their
