Psychosociálnímu (from Czech *psychosociální*) refers to the interdisciplinary field that examines the interplay between psychological factors and social dynamics in human behavior, development, and well-being. This concept integrates insights from psychology and sociology to analyze how individual mental processes interact with broader social structures, norms, and relationships. It emphasizes that human experiences are shaped not only by internal cognitive and emotional mechanisms but also by external social contexts, such as family, community, culture, and institutional systems.

The term is often used in research, clinical practice, and public policy to address complex issues like stress, mental health, social inequality, and group behavior. For example, psychosociálnímu studies might explore how workplace dynamics influence employee satisfaction, how social stigma affects mental health outcomes, or how collective trauma impacts community cohesion.
