Præcisionsdele is a Danish term for mechanical components manufactured with tight tolerances and high surface quality to ensure precise performance in demanding assemblies. The category encompasses shafts, pins, gears, spacers, housings, fasteners, and micro-machined features used in medical devices, optics, instrumentation, automotive systems, aerospace components, and robotics.

Production relies on high-precision manufacturing processes. CNC turning and milling, grinding, honing, and lapping produce accurate geometries. Additive manufacturing is increasingly used for complex shapes. Finishing steps such as polishing and coatings improve wear and corrosion resistance. Metrology with CMMs and surface testers ensures traceable quality.
