Proceskontrollers
Proceskontrollers, also known as process controllers, are devices used in industrial automation to monitor and regulate physical processes. They play a crucial role in maintaining stability, efficiency, and safety within manufacturing and other industrial environments. A process controller typically receives input from sensors that measure variables such as temperature, pressure, flow rate, or level. Based on this input, it compares the measured value to a desired setpoint. If there is a deviation, the controller calculates and outputs a signal to an actuator, such as a valve, pump, or heater, to adjust the process and bring it back to the setpoint.
There are several types of process controllers, with the most common being proportional (P), integral (I), and
Process controllers are essential in a wide range of applications, including chemical processing, food and beverage
