Typical duties include reading work orders and technical drawings, setting and adjusting fixtures or jigs, aligning components to machine or robotic systems, monitoring positioning tolerances, and performing basic quality checks with measuring instruments. Positioniererinnen may also load and unload machines, document process parameters, and report deviations to supervisors or maintenance staff.
