Piezoelektrisessä
Piezoelektrisessä refers to the piezoelectric effect, a phenomenon observed in certain crystalline materials. When mechanical stress is applied to these materials, they generate an electric charge. Conversely, when an electric field is applied to them, they deform mechanically. This direct and inverse piezoelectric effect makes these materials useful in a variety of applications.
The piezoelectric effect is observed in materials that lack a center of symmetry in their crystal structure.
Applications of the piezoelectric effect are widespread. In sensors, piezoelectric materials convert pressure, acceleration, or strain
