Pendjari
Pendjari commonly refers to the Pendjari National Park, a protected area in northwestern Benin named after the Pendjari River, which runs through the landscape and forms part of the border with Burkina Faso. The park is part of the transboundary W-Arly-Pendjari Complex, a UNESCO World Heritage–listed ecosystem that spans Benin, Burkina Faso, and Niger.
