Pembalut

Pembalut is a Malay and Indonesian word that translates to "sanitary napkin" or "pad" in English. It refers to a type of feminine hygiene product used by menstruating individuals to absorb menstrual fluid. Pembalut are typically worn inside underwear and are designed to be disposable.

These products have evolved significantly over time. Early forms were often made from cloth or repurposed materials.
