PESIT

PES Institute of Technology (PESIT) is a private engineering college in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. It was established in 1988 by the Peoples Education Society (PES) as part of its expansion of engineering education. The institution offered undergraduate engineering programs and later added postgraduate degrees, growing into one of the region’s prominent private engineering institutions. It was affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU) for degree conferral and was part of the PES Group.

In 2013, the PES University Act established PES University as a private university, and PES Institute of Technology became part of the PES University system. PES University operates across multiple campuses in Bengaluru, including Banashankari and Electronic City, offering programs in engineering, technology, management, and computer applications at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. The university emphasizes project-based learning, industry collaboration, and research.

Academics: PES University offers undergraduate programs such as B.E./B.Tech in various engineering disciplines and professional programs at the postgraduate level, including M.E./M.Tech, MBA, and MCA.
