PC9
PC-9 refers to the Pilatus PC-9, a Swiss single-engine turboprop basic trainer aircraft developed by Pilatus Aircraft. Intended as an improved successor to the PC-7, the PC-9 provides a higher level of performance, improved cockpit ergonomics, and expanded training capabilities to prepare pilots for more advanced jet aircraft. It is a two-seat tandem aircraft powered by a single turboprop engine and equipped with a conventional military trainer airframe suitable for instrument flying, formation work, and basic weapons delivery training in some configurations.
