Overlining

Overlining is a technique used in makeup application, primarily for the lips, where a lip liner or lipstick is applied slightly beyond the natural lip line. The goal of overlining is to create the illusion of fuller or more defined lips. This is achieved by using a pencil or lipstick in a color that is similar to or slightly darker than the natural lip color, or the desired lipstick shade.
