Otosmenettely

Otosmenettely is a Norwegian term that translates to "proceedings for the recovery of a debt" or "debt collection proceedings." It refers to the legal and administrative processes a creditor can initiate to recover money owed to them by a debtor. These proceedings are typically governed by Norwegian law, primarily the Enforcement Act (tvangsfullbyrdelsesloven).
