Osmanite

Osmanite is a fictional mineral species created for educational and world-building purposes in mineralogy. It is named in honor of a hypothetical region or individual associated with the name Osman, and it is not recognized as a real mineral by major mineralogical authorities.

In fictional contexts, Osmanite occurs in metamorphic and igneous rock environments and is described as forming small to medium-sized crystals within quartz- and feldspar-rich pockets. It is commonly depicted as forming a solid-solution series with related minerals, allowing variation in its composition across different sample stories.
