Oberhavel
Oberhavel is a district (Landkreis) in the state of Brandenburg, Germany. It lies in the northern part of Brandenburg and is part of the Berlin-Brandenburg metropolitan region. The district is named after the Oberhavel, a branch of the Havel river that flows through the area. It borders the city of Berlin to the south and the Brandenburg districts of Barnim to the east, Uckermark to the north, and Havelland and Ostprignitz-Ruppin to the west.
