Neurofiziológiáját

Neurofiziológiáját is the Hungarian term for neurophysiology, the scientific study of the nervous system's function. This interdisciplinary field explores how the nervous system, encompassing the brain, spinal cord, and peripheral nerves, works at both macroscopic and microscopic levels. Neurophysiologists investigate the electrical and chemical signaling processes that allow neurons to communicate with each other and with other cells, forming the basis of all physiological and cognitive functions.

Key areas of study within neurophysiology include understanding sensory perception, motor control, learning and memory, emotions, and consciousness. Researchers utilize a variety of techniques to observe and manipulate neural activity. These methods range from electroencephalography (EEG) and magnetoencephalography (MEG) to measure electrical and magnetic fields generated by brain activity, to single-unit recordings that monitor the firing patterns of individual neurons.
