Nebentarifen
Nebentarife are supplementary or optional price components added to a main tariff in pricing structures used in German-speaking markets. They are used to itemize additional services, conditions or costs that are not included in the base tariff. Typical examples include administrative fees, environmental surcharges, connection or meter-reading charges, device rentals, premium service packages, or region-specific surcharges. Nebentarife can be fixed amounts or percentage-based and may be time-limited or tied to usage.
