Menyuk
Menyuk is a genus of large, arboreal, and nocturnal lemurs native to Madagascar. The genus contains two recognized species, the Indri (Indri indri) and the Diademed Sifaka (Propithecus diadema). Both species are highly endangered due to habitat loss and hunting. Menyuk are characterized by their distinctive black and white or brown and white fur patterns, long bushy tails, and strong hind limbs adapted for leaping between trees. They are primarily folivores, feeding on leaves, fruits, and flowers.
