Medgärningsmän is a Swedish legal term that translates to "accomplice" or "accessory" in English. It refers to an individual who assists another person in committing a crime, even if they do not directly participate in the act itself. This assistance can take various forms, such as providing planning, logistics, or escape routes. The key element is that the medgärningsman intentionally aids and abets the perpetrator.
