Medeldistansband

Medeldistansband, or middle-distance bands, is a term used in radio communications to describe a specific set of radio frequencies. These bands typically fall within the range of 30 MHz to 300 MHz, although the exact boundaries can vary slightly depending on the specific regulatory context. This range is part of the very high frequency (VHF) spectrum. Medeldistansband is characterized by its ability to propagate radio waves over relatively short to medium distances, often line-of-sight or with some degree of reflection from the ionosphere or troposphere.

The medeldistansband is utilized for a wide variety of applications due to its favorable propagation characteristics and bandwidth.
