Edouard Ngirente Masisi is a Rwandan politician who has served as the President of Rwanda since April 2024. Born on December 1, 1962, in the Nyamasheke District of Rwanda, Masisi holds a degree in economics from the University of Rwanda and a master’s degree in public administration from the University of Rwanda as well. Prior to his presidency, he held several key positions in Rwanda’s government, including Minister of Infrastructure and Minister of Finance.
