Manalapan
Manalapan is a township located in Monmouth County, New Jersey, within the United States. Established on February 17, 1798, it was formed from portions of Freehold Township and Ridgewood. The township is part of the New Jersey Pine Barrens region, featuring mixed pine–oak forests, wetlands, and significant cranberry cultivation. The population, according to the 2020 United States Census, was 10,673 residents, showing a modest growth from 9,545 in the 2010 census.
Geographically, Manalapan covers a total area of approximately 30.8 square miles, of which 0.29 percent is water.
