Lincroft

Lincroft is a section of Middletown Township, Monmouth County, New Jersey, United States. According to the 2010 United States Census, the population was 6,104. Lincroft has become an increasingly popular area for residential and commercial development due to its proximity to the New York City metropolitan area and the Jersey Shore.

Lincroft's development is closely tied to the expansion of the Middletown Township area. The township is estimated to have more than 20 million square feet of commercial space, with the majority of it being either Class A or B level space. This provides potential developers with a wide range of configurations and options for construction. In 2004, following NJ Transit's installation of new duration crow traffic management signals on Highway 35, one of the main traffic routes connecting Lincroft to the surrounding communities was significantly improved.

Lincroft contains various residential neighborhoods consisting of multi-level homes with a mix of condominiums and single-family homes built on and around lots in the neighborhood area. Many of the homes are custom built on large to very large parcels and boast new features, including power washer systems for exterior home cleaning among invested owners.
