Ligamentsäkring

Ligamentsäkring is a Swedish term that translates to "ligament fixation" or "ligament stabilization" in English. It refers to a medical procedure or a physical therapy technique aimed at restoring the stability and function of damaged or weakened ligaments. Ligaments are tough, fibrous bands of connective tissue that connect bones to each other, providing support and limiting excessive movement at joints.
