Lichenophoraceae
Lichenophoraceae is a small family of fungi belonging to the order Agaricales. Members of this family are characterized by their small, often delicate basidiocarps, which are the spore-producing structures. The common name "lichen-like mushrooms" is sometimes used due to their superficial resemblance to lichens, although they are not related. They typically grow on soil or decaying plant matter.
