Lehmänmaito

Lehmänmaito, commonly known as cow's milk, is a nutrient-rich liquid produced by the mammary glands of female cattle. It is a staple food source for young mammals, providing essential nutrients for growth and development. For humans, cow's milk has been a significant part of the diet for millennia, domesticated and farmed for its milk.

Lactose intolerance, a condition where individuals have difficulty digesting lactose, is common in many populations, leading to the development of lactose-free milk alternatives or plant-based milk substitutes.
