Latia is a dual-type Psychic/Flying Pokémon introduced in Generation 3's *Pokémon Ruby* and *Sapphire* games. It first appeared in the Hoenn region and has since become a popular choice among trainers for its unique design and versatile typing. Latia is known for its elegant appearance, featuring a sleek, silver-blue body with a flowing mane and a crest on its head. Its wings resemble those of a bat, and it has a distinctive, almost regal demeanor.

Latia is one of the few Pokémon capable of learning the signature move *Draco Meteor*, a powerful Psychic-type move that deals significant damage but has a high recoil effect. It is also one of the few Pokémon that can learn *Dream Eater*, a move that drains the user’s opponent’s HP while dealing damage. Its Psychic typing grants it immunity to Fighting-type moves, while its Flying typing makes it immune to Ground-type attacks.

In the Pokémon anime, Latia plays a significant role, particularly in the Hoenn and Sinnoh regions.
