Landarbeiter is a German term for an agricultural laborer or farm worker, broadly used in German-speaking regions to describe persons employed in crop production, livestock care, and other rural tasks. Historically, Landarbeiter performed physically demanding seasonal work such as ploughing, sowing, weeding and harvesting, and were often associated with small farms and rural communities.
