Kumla
Kumla is a type of dumpling originating from Scandinavian cuisine, particularly prominent in Swedish and Norwegian cooking. It is typically made from grated potatoes, flour, and sometimes egg, forming a soft, doughy consistency. The mixture is then shaped into small, oval or round dumplings, often by hand or using a spoon.
Kumla are usually boiled in salted water until they float to the surface and are cooked through.
