Kromimuotojen, also known as "chromamorphs," are a type of color-changing lizard native to the rainforests of Central and South America. They belong to the family Polychrotidae, which includes over 100 species. These reptiles are renowned for their ability to rapidly alter their body color, a trait that serves multiple purposes in their natural environment.
